They came at 11p and while they couldn’t complete the repair they were able to get our a/c up and running for the night. They came back promptly the next morning and did a great job fixing the unit and cleaning up after. Thanks!
Meghan called this morning OFFERING to do a service call. What company does that? I am super-impressed by Evolution Air. And what can I say about Lee. He called before arrival, took a few minutes to talk before getting to work, and explained everything necessary throughout the service. When he found an issue with the system, he provided options and wasn’t pushy about which option I should choose. He is kind and truly cares about the service and the customer. I enjoy working with everyone from Evolution Air.
Called Tim at Evolution on a Saturday and he came and fixed my AC within a few hours. He was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed and fixed my AC so quickly with the correct equipment.
