Instructor Nikki is a walking talking nightmare. I needed a correction of haircolor. these are students, so mistakes are part of the landscape. I preferred a female and you would have thought I shot the pope. This instructor screamed at me nonstop in a crowded lobby that I was Sexist. I said no problem I will reschedule. She threatened to call the police if I did not leave immediately when I was standing at the desk to reschedule. This lady is a whole new level of mentally/emotionally unstable. A patron witnessing the event told her she was out of line and I should take to social media. Good suggestion. Avoid this place at all costs.

So my cat is making noises he never did before. Regret taking him there for grooming. Too close to his skin. They are not quality.

I made a same day appointment on a Saturday for a cut and color and they were able to squeeze me in. I saw Quint and he was AMAZING!!! He really listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that really fit what I was looking for. The end product is perfect for me. I'm still getting compliments. And if that wasn't enough, I got a personalized thank you card from Quint in the mail today. I will definitely be calling him when I need a touch up!
