As the hubby picked up our daughter from school and was dismayed by the state of her long, tangled hair. Without an appointment, they stopped by the salon, where they were promptly assisted. The stylist thoroughly washed her hair and took the time to consult with her about how she wanted it styled, while also considering my husband's preferences. He (the stylist) ensured that our 10-year-old felt listened to and respected throughout the process.

She mentioned that the salon was clean and organized, with products neatly displayed on one wall, minimizing distractions.

The stylist worked efficiently yet precisely, and they were soon on their way home.
