“I have had my Dell XPS desktop computer for a few years and something finally went wrong with it. I have not had to use a computer repair service in the Las Vegas/Henderson area and I was lost at who to choose from. I was fortunate to find 10 Star Computers and Chris. I explained my problems with it and he diagnosed the issues quickly. He also explained in layman’s terms how to make my system run faster with an SSD drive instead of my old HDD. He had my computer ready in one day. After connecting it back up, it ran so much faster and worked like new. I was very impressed with the service and the price which was a lot less than buying a new system. I am always skeptical of repair services to include auto mechanics. I will say that this experience has given me faith in people doing a good job at a very reasonable price. I will definitely return to his business for any other computer problems. 10 Star Computers and Chris are highly recommended.

UPDATE: 9/29/26: I finally had to see 10 Star Computers and Chris again as I needed to upgrade so that my old system could take Windows 11 before the October deadline for support and updates. He had my system done over the weekend and I now have my Windows 11 operating system that I dreaded to change over to. My computer works great now with the new WINDOWS 11 and I am very happy with his service. Would not go anywhere else. Thanks again Chris!”

“I called around to get pricing for phone repair and was told over $200 and 2 hours of labor everywhere I called. I don't go to the mall often but stopped by and passed CELLAXS. I decided to ask how much it would be and I spoke with Farhad who gave me a great quote despite being in a mall to fix my phone. What made this a 5 star review was the price and he said he could do it in 20 minutes!!!! Farhad was real cool too... Highly recommend!!”
