Karina is extremely knowledgeable in several modalities. Working on global patterns in the body as well as on acute areas of injury, she has helped get me back in my feet LITERALLY. After an injury we hold our bodies differently and this can create patterns of disfunction all over our bodies.. sometimes the effects compound over time, Karina identifies the patterns and works to restore proper alignment and function. In addition, her work on my scars, which create a disconnect in the electro connectivity of soft tissue and facia has literally changed my life. I limped into her office after having tried EVERYTHING and after working with her to unwind and correct the problems I feel pretty darn good and finally hopeful again to get my active lifestyle back!
