I am so pleased with this company and I’m so glad to have chosen them. They always contact me for yearly upkeep. They have a serviceman, Ranee that really knows his job. I am completely satisfied with this company.

Ranee is a very knowledgeable technician and, moreover, he patiently explained the cleaning and inspection process to my husband and me as he went along. He cleaned everything up after he was done and is sending us pictures of the unit - to track its age and general condition for future reference - as soon as they are uploaded in the office. Comfort advertises dealing with the Trane brand, but Ranee explained he’s trained in several brands including our York, which is a common unit. We have had to replace HVAC units in the past (NY state and TX) and have some experience with maintenance.
