I was referred to Dr. Mitchell by the ER that packed my nose (due to excessive bleeding). I had questions about the difference between a DO and MD, plastic surgeon and ENT. The complete answer is that Dr. Mitchell is the most thorough, educational, compassionate, and effective doctor I have ever met. He went through my medical history and even recognized some conditions I left out (because I have a lot of autoimmune issues). He explained how my health issues put me at risk for my current/chronic problem and physically evaluated my issue. My first contact with Dr Mitchell's Contours & Curves was Erin, the office manager. I'd been looking for an MD to preform a lower blepharoplasty for sometime. After several calls around town without much success, I received a call back from Erin, there is no other word to describe her but delightful. She took the time to explain the process, post op care & cost (which was lower than quotes from other offices I'd received in the past. Dr Mitchell was thorough with his explanation of the procedure as well. I found him to be very personable. I felt I was in good hands.
