We have seen a few ENT’s who never really fixed the problem. They would say “we can’t see anything because it is bleeding” or “we can’t do anything because it is not bleeding”. Dr. Ryan Mitchell sat with us, discussed the architecture of the nose, and described what he saw. Just that extra 5-10 minutes he spent describing the entire situation to us (something no other ENT did) gave us tremendous confidence this problem could be resolved. He fixed the bleed, gave us comprehensive instructions on how to prevent it from recurring, and taught us how to stop the bleeding if it happens again. He also said we should come back if it started bleeding uncontrollably. My nose started to bleed, during a sneezing fit, a few days later. We drove to Dr. Mitchell’s office hoping to get in before it closed and he fit us into his busy schedule (our previous doctors always told us to go to the ER). Dr. Mitchell, like many dedicated professionals, wanted to see the problem for himself. The office manager Erin (who has lived a very brave and compassionate life herself) helped. The problem has now been fixed and we are extremely grateful to Dr. Ryan Mitchell. We consider ourselves very fortunate to see such a caring, intelligent, and dedicated medical professional. Dr. Mitchell is amazing, i took my mom there for a blepharoplasty and we were super happy with not just the results but also with the way they explain everything, how careful and caring everyone was.So happy with the choice we made!!!
