Steven was absolutely wonderful, on time, straight forward, and highly professional as well as very courteous. He came promptly to pick up the laptop, and gave periodic updates on the repair, and then promptly returned the laptop. This was a linux based laptop which needed the keyboard and the battery to be replaced.

I have used Computer Medic (now merged with TekFuel IT) for a long time. Stephen quickly resolved my computer's problem. He then fixed/modified several software applications and other amenities. My computer is now in good health! I will only use TekFuel IT. They are the best.
