Had a security door installed through Lowe's. This was the contractor that Lowe's used. Door fell off the house because they drilled the bolts into straight stucco and anchored the door to nothing. Can't get them or Lowe's to correct the issue. Lowe's dropped their contract with them.

Don't hire them!! They were subcontracted thru Lowe's to install 6 interior doors. They installed three of six interior doors. The biggest nightmare ever thank you to champagne handyman services. One door damaged does not remain open. They attempted to fix but didn't fix. Damages done in the surrounding area of the walls. Damages done to our brand new flooring in all three bedrooms. They cut thru new flooring. Scraped new flooring. Unprofessional/ no due care. David from champagne instructed employees not to cover flooring same day of demolishing. All damages reported to Lowe's immediately. David came out to take pictures of damages took forever to upload in the Lowe's server. Damages were done in April 2021. In July 2021 received two harrasment calls five minutes apart from each other. One from his secretary he wanted to come and take pictures of the damages that were taken months and months ago by himself. 2nd call from David himself he tried to offer a monetary compensation. Both were reported to Lowe's immediately. Champagne handyman services is not a suitable company.

We ordered French doors through Lowe's. Derrick & David installed our new unit & we were very pleased with their workmanship & overall service. Rare to find these days, conscientious people who genuinely want to get the job done right. Very much appreciated.
