Subject: Disappointment with Cleaning Service and Lack of Flexibility

I requested cleaning for the flooring, tile, and casita of a rental property via text. Unfortunately, Todd misunderstood the request and later claimed I should have written “garage, tile, and casita.” Once the miscommunication was identified, instead of working toward a solution, he became inflexible and ineffective, stating that he did not have a pressure washer on his truck.

Carmona Circle.I always rate 4 out of 5, But Alan was just GREAT. On time, Listened to me and was very professional.The FINISHED PRODUCT is definitely 5 star. I will use them again!! And the neighbors are talking to him too! Great PRICES!!!!!!! I will definitely be referring Carducci's to my friends. I know that they do a lot of business with REALTORS on listing houses and they just love them!
