After 18 years, it was time to re-plaster the pool. BND Pool and Plastering originally plastered the pool, so I had hoped they were still in business. They were. The office folks were friendly and accommodating. I easily scheduled a consultation last August (2021) and Michael explained the process to me. I asked for a January start date and it worked out for both parties because of supply and demand issues at the time. Bidenflation made everything more expensive, but the final product was worth it. Jay came out between removal and re-plaster and explained everything and answered my questions. During their final inspection, Michael advised me the in-floor cleaning pop-ups should be replaced. BND would reinstall them after the new pool service is complete, but they showed 18 years of wear and tear. He examined one of them, from A and A Manufacturing, and said he believed there was a lifetime warranty. I contacted A & A on the outside chance there was such a warranty. Within minutes I was advised that the pop-ups (24 of them) were en route via UPS. (A savings of almost $2k). Not many business people would have taken the time and use their corporate knowledge to help a customer, a lifetime customer now, especially on a cold, windy February morning. One hundred percent satisfied!

Reviews
This team saved our pool after another company completely messed it up. They restored it to their original work and we can’t thank them enough for making our pool look beautiful again! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
I have called and used BND pool plastering on two of homes! Great service, great personnel, super professional, I have had new tile and total chip out, replastering! Everything was great from start to finish! Great pricing and their guarantee is best in town. I will continue to use them, refer them to all my friends and family. There is no other company I would ever use or refer.
