The initial install and purchase 2yrs ago went well. However, since then my pool plaster has some issues with discoloration and workmanship. I’ve waited 2 months and still no customer service to speak of. Once they have your money if feels like they no longer care.
Just my perspective, I will update this review if things get any better.
I have called and used BND pool plastering on two of homes! Great service, great personnel, super professional, I have had new tile and total chip out, replastering! Everything was great from start to finish! Great pricing and their guarantee is best in town. I will continue to use them, refer them to all my friends and family. There is no other company I would ever use or refer.
This month, we hired BND Pool Plastering to complete a much needed renovation of our existing pool. We made the decision to move forward with BND because of our outstanding experience working with Michael, our estimator, and because BND is the only company in the valley trained and approved to install Wet Edge Technologies plaster products. We fell in love with their Prism Matrix Indigo Blue product (a multi-color pebble finish with glass beads, shell and tumbled tiny rocks). Overall, we are so happy with our decision! It was a GREAT experience working with all of the BND team and the finished results look fantastic!! (See photos.)
