BluSky came in and, instead of guessing and tearing out all the tile, took a deliberate approach: they cut small inspection holes to check the damage, then did leak testing that pinpointed the source to the shower floor. That let them scope the job down to just the shower and save me a lot of unnecessary demo and cost. Through the demo and rebuild they kept in close contact and were completely transparent, so I always knew what to expect. The finished work is clean and impressive, and I couldn't be happier to have my shower back.
