We contacted Atlas to come out to our business, and provide an estimate to replace our camera system. Jason was very friendly on the phone, and arrived on the date and time he indicated. He told us we'd receive an estimate within two days. I contacted Atlas after two days because we hadn't heard back, and he provided a ballpark estimate - and would send us one with the final costs. Now, over two weeks later, we haven't heard from them or received any costs. I've also attempt to contact them twice, no answer. Customer service is vital. I know that Atlas has a great reputation and wonderful reviews online, but it was poorly handled in this case.
