The two gentlemen in the front office were awesome of which I can only recall one of their names and it was Nick. As a first time customer I was warmly greeted and immediately afterwards my vehicle was quickly under repair after conveying the issues. Once a diagnosis was completed I was conveniently notified through text what would need to be carried out to remedy the problems. I was given a full breakdown-price included up front. I had problems with my brakes initially, I had my brakes replaced for the 3rd time in 18 months, the shop that did the work got me for 1200 to 2000 each time. They had come up with a new plan and it was only going to cost me 2600. Finally went to get a second opinion. Nick gave her a once over and they determined the shop was putting on the wrong parts. I confronted the shop and they had no choice but to rebuild my brakes with OEM parts. Thanks boys for being honest!
