I had an SSD that Windows 11 wouldn't format. Bob immediately knew what the problem was and had the SSD formatted within 2 minutes. He didn't even charge me, although I offered to pay. If I have computer repair needs in the future, this is where I will go. Top marks for his service.

I recently took my laptop to 702 to repair an Automatic Repair error. Upon inspection, the guys found a bad hard drive and then a motherboard error, rendering my laptop useless. I asked how much I owed them and he said they don't charge for diagnosing. When I insisted, she still refused to take my money. How often do repair shops refuse to take money. If my new laptop ever needs repair, I will go to the honest guys.
