I have had many great experiences there they are very kind and they really care about the quality of their product the owner is very kind My Husband has ordered flowers for me multiple times and they’ve been amazing I love this place I will give it more than five stars but there’s only five!!!!
For a very small town you need to keep your expectations low, this gym got everything you need to get your swole on. The equipment is old but still functional. Plenty of free weights and dumbbells. It has all benches for the chest, military press, and squat rack. They have an extra room with punching bags, kettle bells, and some yoga balls. In addition, they have small towels to wipe the equipment if you're worried about sanitary stuff. Daily and weekly prices are not bad either for travelers that are temporarily visiting the area (Posted price pic). Keep in mind they close midday from 11am - 3pm and in the weekends. The owner Gloria is super nice and friendly. It's right across the street from El Capitan Casino.
I just want to express my gratitude to CAHS- We utilized the food bank here during a difficult time, my family was so happy with what we received here. They gave us a lot of high quality food, including fish and shrimp, cheese, grains, fruit and everything for a few good healthy meals, and even a candy bar to surprise my littlest one. Thank you CAHS.
First time visiting this place and it was so cute inside, the ladies were so friendly and the young lady Taylalna? I hope I spelt it right, she was just a peach.. I will go back for sure.
