Super nice beach nestled in an old forest with lots of nice trees that provide shade. It can get busy, but parking space is limited so it can never be too crowded. The daily fee is $10.
Recently moved to South Lake Tahoe and tried a few yoga studios before finding Jenay at Lake Tahoe Yoga. Jenay is a compassionate and inspiring teacher who gives you individualized attention and knows her stuff. Studio is beautiful space, conveniently located near stateline with tons of parking. Take any of her classes and you will NOT be disappointed!
A five star Yelp review is exactly what Jenay deserves and one I don't often give. As a man entering into this new found practice, I was hesitant to say the least. Jenay has made me feel comfortable and has helped me to become a better me through yoga. She takes the time to makes sure she is aware of everyone's boundaries/limits and to help you progress no matter your level of understanding. I can say with confidence that you are more than welcome to come join her for practice and that she would like to help you on your path to well being.
