Bachelorette party cooking class at Sierra Chef was AMAZING! Cynthia and her team were so accommodating and created such a beautiful event. The bride and ladies had a blast and it was such a fun experience! Absolutely recommend! Genoa is gorgeous and was a short drive from South Lake Tahoe! The town is a must see and the cooking class will not disappoint!

HOLY CANNOLI! Growing up back east in the midst of Italian families, I came to really enjoy a good Cannoli. I have to say these are some of the best I have had on the west coast. Filled fresh to order (this is key so the are not soggy) dipped in Pistachios on one side and chocolate chips on the other. I had my first on a Friday afternoon and was back for more on Sunday. That is hopefully enough of a recommendation for you to stop and try them. I'll be back again and again and again... read full review

I am replying to a post made by Shannon D. I am the girl she spoke about in her review on Sierra Chef and claimed cynthia mistreated me because our espresso machine was not working, that could not be further from the truth. I was frustrated the machines were not working and cynthia took over and did a great job calming me down. she also says cynthia should invest in new coffee machines; the coffee machine was working perfectly fine when we opened then, malfunctioned during a rush, in that same hour cynthia ordered 2 more coffee machines to replace the one that one which went out and keep one in storage in case this occurred again. in my 8 months of working at sierra chef... read full review
