I have done 3 classes with Cynthia, autumn soups,bread and pies, loved them! I learned so much and had a wonderful time...met some wonderful people! I'm 72 and have enjoyed learning new recipes and kitchen tricks...Cynthia and her team are top notch...I'm ready to add classes next year,pasta,sauces,ravioli, and.....check them out,you won't be disappointed.

Cynthia and her team at Sierra Chef did a phenomenal job for our elopement celebration this September! We wanted something unique with heavy appetizers and small bites and of all the vendors I reached out to, she was the only one to call and provide ideas that exactly matched my vision. The food was SO delicious -we would recommend her 10 out of 10 for any small to mid-size catering event. Her staff was very attentive and pleasant to work with as well.
We had such a wonderful time at Sierra Chef. We came for the weekend and took a cooking class. It was so much fun and the pasta we made was delicious! We came home with extra portions too. We also shopped in the bakery and found some amazing cheeses, pickles, and pesto.
