Had a great experience taking my fiancé here we both left feeling healthier and relaxed the young lady named Sydney I believe if I don’t mistaken it was super helpful and nice but also very patient with us even though they worked us in last minute they did not rush us or made us feel rushed even once def will make this a routine place for us
I am unsure of the service. I assume walk-ins are okay at most nail salons. I contacted the business twice around 10 a.m. before making an appointment on the same day. The lady claimed that she did not have a 2:10 p.m. appointment on her schedule when I walked into the salon. She asked what I needed to get done. I told her I wanted to have these tips or fake nails removed. She told me to pick a color, and she will have me seated once she is done. I was in no hurry to have these nails removed but not have my my appointment for 2:10 p.m. was disappointing. I waited for an hour before I was seated at one of the stations. There were two other ladies working on other clients' feet. The service was okay but not well organized with the scheduling.
Modern Nails is my go-to nail spot recently! Every time I come here, I am treated extremely well and my nails turn out great. I have gotten both manicures and pedicures here, and have been satisfied each visit. It is a perfect combination of relaxation and efficiency; my nail appointment is always honored when I make one and I have never spent more than two hours in the chair, even if I am getting both nails and toes done. The prices are reasonable, too. The bonus is that Sydney is a great owner with an awesome personality!
