Farmers Insurance - Robert Gleason

Robert and all the staff at Fernley's Farmers Insurance have been the best in costumer service and competitve prices. I recently had an accident which was not my fault. USAA insurance company who is the at fault driver's insurance company took a long time to even consider setteling this issue. But during the waiting period Farmers promtly offered to fix my vehicle and settle with USAA later. That is what I call top noch costumer service!!!Thank you Robert and all at Farmers Insurance in Fernley

I posted a detailed review regarding the excellent service that Farmers agents Robert and Christine Gleason provide and am reposting because my phone display had a glitch and would only allow a 3 star designation. I went back and now was able to click on 5 stars. You can read my description and detailed narrative in my previous post. Chris and Robert provide consistent excellent service. I highly recommend. They are definately a 5 star family office.
