Jake was very reasonable and extremely fast with the whole process. He was able to accommodate a few requests we had and his team was very professional and got the job done quick. Honestly, a new roof is a very stressful task and he made the process stress free. I will admit he’s hard to get a hold of in the summer but these guys are extremely busy and likely have folks lining up for roof work.
I appreciate Silver State Roofing and will use them again in the future.
I called Silver state roofing for an estimate. Jake happened to be in the area and came right over and measured my roof. I had an estimate within a day or two that was responsible and fair. He was able to start earlier than originally estimated. He kept me informed of what was going on. He and the crew were very respectful of me and my property. I would definitely refer him and use him again.
I called and left a message. Then I heard roofing guns on the next street, so I wrote a note asking them to stop by if they had time. They were there in fifteen minutes, climbed up on the roof to assess the damage. A few days later I called back and he gave me an estimate. Everything was fixed within ten days! He did not charge to repair the rot he found later but stuck to his estimate. They were both very polite and left the place cleaner than they found it! With all the new housing going up, I'm surprised they have time to do repairs. Thank you gentlemen. I look forward to having you replace my almost 30 year old roof.
