Responsive and knowledgeable. Tech was a a few hours late but was very apologetic and provided good justification. He was also on top of getting my unit fixed and provided the most economical repair solution. I have a 20+ year old unit which they easily could have said just needs to be replaced and tried to sell me a new one but they did, which was refreshing. Will definitely use them again for future needs!
