Let me start off with this salon CAN do quality work. However, I have been coming here for 2 years. I always request the owner Britney because she does amazing work. However this time around I had scheduled my appointment 2 months out because I had an important wedding in California. The appointment time was never completely confirmed but I would always get a text back saying that they would get me on the schedule. Being a return customer I was not worried about it. I did not get an actual confirmation until the day / weekend of my appointment and it was only because I had texted adamantly as I needed this appointment to get done. Jessika was very nice and easy to talk to! I’m a little disappointed with the haircut I got (especially because it cost $60), because she took some liberties and did something that I didn’t ask for. I think she was really just trying to help but I really just wanted it how it was in the picture I showed her. It’s also uneven in the back.
