Randy made it look easy--he carried out a tough in-wall drain repair in about an hour, as if it were nothing. The bill was incredibly reasonable--an excellent value, which is such a rarity these days. He also offered excellent information for maintaining my plumbing. To say that I'm very satisfied, and that Duty Calls is my go-to from now on, is a huge understatement. Very highly recommended!

Yesterday I broke a tooth. I was able to get in early this morning. Dr. Jacques was amazing. So caring and concerned for my comfort and very meticulous to ensure he got everything out. Having had a tooth pulled once before, which was a horrible experience, I was prepared for the worst. While the process was nerve wrecking, his bedside manner was incredible. I felt no pain, just the unbelievable pressure. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I have been a patient first awhile now and I want to share my last appointment. The Dr is definitely in, she did our usual treatment and then I mentioned i was still stiff and sore just below the neck. She felt around and told me I am knotted there and she used the manual lucky thing. I have been pain free for 3 days. I mean absolutely no grinding or clicking and definitely no pain. It's a miracle.
I get checked once a year and have no problems getting in between check ups when I notice something different. Very professional and don't make you feel foolish.
My wife saw Dr. Gross in 2015 for the removal of a cancerous skin lesion. He was very thorough and his staff were very efficient. Fast forward to today. My wife and I were scheduled in this morning by the front office lady Anna. She was very accomodating. Only took 10 mins to fill out intake forms. Wife and I were taken in and seen within 15 minutes. Dr. Gross and Christen his PA, came in and started identifying problem skin areas. Then they started the biopsy procedure. The procedure was comfortable and not painful. Danna the MA was exceptional. We were in and out of the office in about an hour. We experienced the same excellent service and professionalism that my wife had years ago. As a provider myself, I highly recommend Dr. Gross and his wonderful staff in Hesperia.
