They take the time to explain things to customers and show them what's wrong with their equipment. Snyder Mechanical is prompt in their repairs, bringing needed parts with them to fix issues quickly. They have also been known to go above and beyond by providing practical and affordable solutions to keep older systems running until they're upgraded. Many customers have given them high praise for their professionalism and kindness.
I had my gas furnace, air conditioning, and water heater replaced by Snyder in the span of two weeks. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, and the technicians that came to do the work were very knowledgeable and very friendly. Everyone I've interacted with, in the office or technicians, has been delightful.
My water heater was not heating to temperature for quite a while. I called and they had an idea what it might be. They brought the part they thought they needed with them. They showed verified what was wrong and changed it quickly. Chaz and Josh were verr polite and clean. Works great now.
The tech, Julian, came out to service our heater and did a fantastic job! He is very knowledgeable and also took the time to explain things to me. I appreciated that and highly recommend them also!
