I would give five stars for Brandi and her team. My reason for only four is that there is no blue light available and my husband has to go home and try to find the right level of shade to sit in for two hours after a levulan treatment. Reno charged my insurance for blue light administration two years ago, which was shade at the house! We haven't received the bill for his recent treatment yet.
Brandi and her team are competent and skilled at their job. I trust Brandi and her abilities to give a correct diagnosis. She and her staff are always cheerful and kind. They are friendly and make you feel at ease.They even give me a reason to giggle at every visit. I would highly recommend them.
Positive experience. Staff was professional and friendly. Brandi Oros, RN and the lady assisting her are very skilled. She had to meticulously work on my eyelid on the lashline. Although, it was my first visit (just moved here not too long ago) I felt confident in her capability. Trustworthy establishment.
