I've been needing a haircut for a really long time and I've been disappointed with my last couple experiences at other places in Elko. Tanya made me feel very comfortable and did a wonderful job with my hair. This was the last minute appointment and they got me in and didn't rush the process at all. I am very happy I decided to go here and will definitely come back.
Updated review: I returned to Rumors as a customer with my mom! Nancy did an amazing job on my mom's hair with dying/cutting & styling. Abigail did a great job cutting/styling my hair & my pedicure. Gabby hit my mani & my mom's medi/pedi out of the park like always! I'm a returning customer & I love the vibe of this "hole in the wall" salon. I hope one day they can offer more luxury pedicures however, for now I still love coming to this place because everyone I've encountered is so great & I get along great with the ladies. Nancy is a wonderful shop owner & you can tell she cares about who works at the salon and visits! My sister in-law & I made an appointment with Gabby & Sentry! What a great experience we had loved our time together full of laughs Sentry & Gabby are great to work with both do an amazing job & are both wonderful ladies with a great personality. The vibe here is great everyone is so friendly. Will be using more frequently! Highly recommend!!
Got my hair done, took almost all day cause how thick my hair is. My stylist did an amazing job dealing with my thick crazy hair! She was so friendly and patient with me! Will go back!! Price was so reasonable
