I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and she did just that and even better! Hailey made my experience very enjoyable and she made sure to give me reassurance as she was cutting it and assured me it would look good! Hailey is very good at keeping in touch In terms of making availability for appointments. “I made an appointment with Tawny after my daughter looked at her Instagram photos of hair. I scheduled a haircut, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Tawny did an amazing job. The environment of the salon was very comfortable. Where any person can go to school to be a beautician, not everyone should. This is definitely not the case for Tawny. She is so talented and knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend Tawny specifically, as she is the one who cut my hair.“

“Now, Im a find the best and stick with them for my hair until I move, so I'm VERY picky. I've been in the Elko area for 2 months now and I had a pretty good head of hair going.I called and left a msg at Tangles on a Friday. Tammy returned my call on Monday and after talking for a few minutes, she was able to squeeze me in on Tuesday after work.I was greeted professionally and friendly and after showing her a pic of what i liked before, shoe proceeded to cut my hair. Scissors cut as I prefer of course. Great conversation and when she finished it, i was ready to schedule my next appointment and did so.She is precise, listens and definitely has a creativeness to make you feel good and look good with the want to schedule your next appt.Thank you for the cut Tammy, and the next morning it looked even better.Andrew.Service: Hairstyling“
