On 11/19/2023 my Mother was traveling from Northern California to Twin Falls, ID. Her car broke down just east of Elko around midnight. After calling AAA and waiting for hours in freezing temps, AAA said it would be the next day before anyone could come out. 1 call to Lostra Brothers was all it took. In just a short time Maynard Goff showed up and took my Mother and her car back to safety in Elko, then returned the next morning to take her and her car to a service center for repairs. A big THANK YOU to Lostra Brothers and Maynard for taking care of my Mom when AAA dropped the ball!
I had an issue with the Isuzu I was driving. They got me in and fixed the issue very quickly. Exceptionally nice people here and the service was excellent with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.
Mike is the best. He helped us with our 4x4 truck that was broken down on the side of the highway, dropped it off at repair shop that he recommended, drove us to a motel, and showed us where the train station was. Hard-working and hospitable. we highly Lostra Bros. Towing!
