Came to my house to diagnose a transmission problem. I was convinced it needed a new one. Instructed other things to do. Didn't take advantage of my ignorance.
I had broke down on the side of the freeway on a Sunday, but was able to limp it into town for the night. During that process I had 2 local referrals to Joe's Auto Repair. 1 from a mechanic that said that's where she takes hers if she doesn't do herself. The other from the hotel I needed to stay that said they were fair, honest, and experienced. They got me in and worked on it and saved the car! It was a great experience for a crummy situation. I just needed to say thank you to all of the staff that helped me to get back on the road.
