I have to say Coldwell Banker is soo soo forunate to have Perla Rodriquez under them. We have been working with Perla for months on end now and she has been just as amazing to us as she was on the very first day we met her. She answered every single one of our calls right away, no matter the time of day it was. She fought endlessly on making sure things were professional and propper and didn't let one thing slide even when other realtors weren't being so friendly or professional.
