They dont even vacuum ahead of the job. My other usual carpet cleaner always does, he charges a bit more but I now know its worth it to get a quality job done i wont be calling Dayton Valley Carpet Care back againService: Carpet steam cleaning

I've been looking for a good carpet cleaner and found Dayton Valley Carpet Care on line. They were prompt at returning my call and set up an appointment the next day. If you want a company who's professional, courteous, does a good job, then contact Dayton Valley Carpet Care. I couldn't be happier.

I'm happy we hired this business. Juan showed up on time, with a smile and ready to work. He was extremely friendly, made conversation and told me all about his experience within our small community. He's definitely a genuine and hard working man (carpet cleaning isn't his only job). I asked him last minute if he could clean my large sectional as well, and he was able to accommodate me even on short notice. Juan did my entire 1,600sqft home as well as our couch and we were very impressed. He did warn us that the red stains in the carpet were much harder to get out and that he may not be able to get them all the way and I understood. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because I'm not sure he has the most heavy duty equipment? I could be wrong but I warned him there were animal urine stains and unfortunately many of those were still left behind. The red stains that he warned me about, I figured they'd still be pretty visible but they genuinely look no different and are still just as vibrant. Many stains were removed but we still have 10+ red, pink and yellow stains all around the house. Overall I am satisfied so I would hire again.
