As someone who was in a head-on car crash at the age of 17 and almost died... I have had to live with a vice-grip at the base of my spine where I have spinal damage. I have lived with a low level of chronic discomfort for over 20 years. I had a session with Michelle Linder with her singing bowls for vibrational healing and I cannot express what it did to me. When I stood up my legs were a little shaky and I had a reprieve from my pain for the first time in 23 years. This lasted almost 3 hours. Michelle has a true gift.Singing Bowl Healing is a beautiful healing modality that is a must try. I have had the pleasure of benefiting from group meditation with Michelle and a one on one.If you have never experienced a one on one session with Michelle and her beautiful Alchemy Bowls you are missing out.
