Krause’s Air installed a new HVAC unit in my condo recently, and they did a great job with a competitive price. Their team of at least four were friendly and worked hard. They had to climb up in my very small attic to replace the air handler - which deserves a medal just for that! They worked quickly and quietly, and I am very happy with everything. The manager of the team, GG, made it easy to communicate any questions or concerns before I accepted their bid, and she was very flexible in scheduling the job which was appreciated. My new unit was up and running the same day! I highly recommend them!Services: Heating system installation

Krause's Air installed a new HVAC unit this month, and they did a great job. I live in a condo with a very small attic which holds the air handler. They had a crew of least four go up in the attic to replace the unit - I was impressed at their professionalism! They were quick and quiet, but also friendly and courteous - again, impressive! The outside unit was installed seamlessly. One of the owner/managers was GG who made it easy to answer questions about the job and manage the scheduling and payment. The cost of the job was competitive and reasonable, and it was all done in one day! Everything works great, and I highly recommend them!

Krause installed our brand new AC unit approximately 1 month/ 5 weeks ago. They did an amazing job, they were quick, reliable and extremely respectable when they entered my home. We had a small issue with a wire that burnt on the unit and went without air conditioning August 31st through the evening. We gave them a call late at night, I also messaged the owners personal cell phone. By 6am I received a response via text telling me they would be at my house today! By 7:00 a.m. they were at my house by 7:30 my air conditioner was back up and running! They are quick to respond, always on time, no goofing off they get the job done and they get the job done right. I recommend Krause air conditioning to anybody and everybody that needs help with their AC unit, they are by far one of the best companies I've ever had to deal with.
