We love love love this place. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The dr answers all our questions and clearly explains them so we can understand. They truly care about the animals. I’ve even called to ask questions before about something my dog ate or got into etc. and over the phone I got help with no charge. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes if that. The prices are beyond reasonable. Years ago we went to Grateful Pet and they were horrible compared to Boulder City Animal Hospital.
I have consistently had positive experiences with this establishment. Dr. Lopez demonstrates a high level of attentiveness toward my cat and dog. I have never encountered any issues and greatly appreciate the manner in which they care for my animals.
my SO had a very positive experience at BC Animal Hospital this evening - my dog decided to put her face (and eye) directly into a prickly plant - and she was regrettably not wearing her Rex Specs to protect her eyes. I was at work (with the car), and we recently moved here and haven't yet established a relationship with a local vet - so my SO walked her down to the clinic and Dr. Lopez and staff were very welcoming, even though it was the end of the day and they were near closing time. Dr. Lopez stained my dog's eye to examine her closely, and prescribed an ointment. She also found a couple of tiny prickly bits embedded in my dog's forehead. Thank you so much Dr. Lopez and staff for taking wonderful care of my dog!! We are so grateful. We'll be back soon for a well pet visit!
