No clue on how to do hair. All she wants to do is brag about her trips or her boyfriend. Salon is filthy. Chair for shampooing is the worst. She doesn't work very much. When she tells you a time, she is late with no advance notice. But if you are late, then she charges $15.

All she wants to do is brag about her cruises, her trips, her boyfriend, etc. She has no clue about hair. If you are unhappy with color, she will try to sell u a shampoo. She refuses to take the time to make you happy.
