I had a warranty recall with HP printer and they sent me a replacement. However there was no waybill or return label. The replacement printer paperwork stated if the original printer wasn't returned within 10 business days I would be billed the full amount for a new printer.Shouldn't be a problem getting a waybill to ship it back as I had all the documentation and the entire process was smooth until then.After being on the phone seven times - sometimes for nearly an hour and speaking with a total of 15 different people I had no waybill. Moved from Edm a week ago. Could not get my computer working for the life of me. Called Tamarack Computers & a very kind, helpful lady helped me. A technician may be available tomorrow or the day after she explained. I explained how this is my job & urgent. Lo & behold Alberto was here within 40 mins after my call. Superior service, kind & patient with me. Highly recommend this company. Thank you all, ????
