Despite high costs and long wait times, the clinic is the only one in the area, making it a go-to choice for local pet owners. The clinic offers a virtual care service that is quite affordable and works very well. Clients praise the clinic's skilled and compassionate veterinarians, particularly Dr. Bain, who is described as thorough, professional, and passionate about the well-being of their patients. The front-end staff, technicians, and veterinarians are all excellent, providing clear communication and attentive care. The clinic has handled complex surgical cases, such as tumor removal and eye surgeries, with great success. Clients appreciate the time the veterinarians take to explain procedures and address their concerns, as well as the prompt response to email inquiries, even for non-surgical issues.
This animal hospital offers attentive care that keeps both pet and owner in mind. I have multiple cats, many of them rescues. Despite their demanding workload as Yarmouth's only veterinary clinic, the Parade Street staff do their best to accommodate all of my felines (and two dogs) within a reasonable timeframe. In the event of an emergency, they stand ready to help as quickly as possible. They also keep track of routine bookings for vaccinations and checkups, with reminders sent well in advance. For someone with a lot of pets, this is so important! 🥰
We have been frequent flyers lately (unfortunately) but the staff at Clare Animal Hospital have been wonderful every single visit. We couldn’t ask for better care for our fur babies. Dr Carole and Danielle have been especially amazing. 💞
Parade Street Animal Hospital took such good care of our boy Loki over the past few months, we really can't thank them enough ❤️ when your fur baby has to stay in the hospital they go above and beyond and call you each day to update you on them and they also have visiting hours so you can visit and cuddle your baby.. when it was time to say goodbye, the staff who was putting his IV in picked him up and greeted him and said "did you miss me? I missed you!" and although it was a horrible day saying goodbye, we knew they truly cared. They were very supportive with both us & Loki and we appreciate all they did ❤️
