I have been a patient at the Windsor office for the past few years. I have always found the staff very friendly , courteous and professional. I recently injured my eye and the staff got me in on short notice to be attended to. I highly recommend FYI Doctors.

Well today I had the best experience in eye care and good old fashione service ,I have never experienced !
We greated by the lovely staff and the eye technician were so helpful.
Dr. Ryan was a pleasure to be with. He explained by eye health with such professionalism.
No pressure to buy glasses just a very positive and caring doctor.
I did buy new glasses at a great deal, very competitive.

After going to this eye Dr since it opened, looks like i will be switching to another eye Dr, after driving 2 hrs, each way and being 15 minutes late because of 2 road construction delays i was told i had to come back another time, I really like Ryan but this has really turned me off.
