A minor misunderstanding has happened with the order of my glasses and the lenses were for distance rather than intermediate. The doctor ensured the prescription was correct and that nothing else would cause another mishap, then ordered the correct lenses. Very friendly and helpful and apologetic for the delay. I'm quite confident that the new lenses will be correct and look forward to glasses that will allow me to see properly again.
The people serving me awesome. The whole team were friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with my insurance. And the team worked together, and did the best job they could with explaining and correcting the situation for me.
I appreciate them very much.
It was a great experience overall💜
Everyone was friendly and pleasant to interact with. My appointment happened right on time. Yet I never felt rushed to process me through the system. If I had any questions then they were answered. All explanations were clear.
