The office is closed more than a third of the year. If I want an appointment now, I have to wait until November. I DON'T NEED AN APPOINTMENT IN NOVEMBER, I NEED ONE NOW!! Medical personnel who work as few hours as possible and treat people like an inconvenience should be fired and replaced with someone who will actually do the job. Ridiculous. Just ridiculous.
Dr Soma has been my father's primary care physician for several years. Can't say enough good things about him and his receptionist that I deal with- Kim. They are both caring and wonderful to deal with. I see the negative reviews and I just don't see what the people are saying.
Can't get through on the phone & he has to use Google quite often ! Also my daughter had thrush when she was a baby and he didn't know what it was he had to use google to figure out what to prescribe her for it.
