I reached out to Sarah in a pinch, she was my last hope on getting my construction loan done in time to get my house build. I had been working with Rbc for 7 months before getting handed off to Bmo to help work on this a month before they had planned to start building my house. I called Sarah in a panic explaining my situation and that I needed to get this done asap as Rbc had just wasted 7 months of my time not getting anything done. We had very limited time from when the builders were suppose to start and were on the edge of having to cancel our build for the time being-which would’ve resulted in waiting another year or two before building our house. Sarah dropped what she was doing to help me and got at it right away. She kept me updated throughout everything even if she did not have an update she would let me know. When the odds were not in our favour a few times (this felt like everytime haha) she always came up with a solution and we got it done. I will continue to recommend her to everyone who asks me and will keep in touch with her for anything mortgage related that I will need in the future. If it was not for Sarah answering the phone that day I can guarantee you I would not be building my house right now. Thank you!!
