I will not go elsewhere now in Windsor. This OK Tire is the best to deal with and we enjoy dropping off the night before and picking up over the weekend! They are reasonable, flexible and work with our needs. They care and make everything seamless. They have a new staff on the counter Hunter and he is phenomenal! Stopped with an emergency repair, big sharp rock stuck in my tread, from driving on the highway !! Within a short period of time they brought my vehicle in, determined the tire was unsalvagable, installed my spare tire (donut), wrapped and put my good rim in the back. Excellent service !!! No charge !!! Said 'I hope that the rest of your day goes better, Merry Christmas' !! Wonderful ?

This shop is amazing. They really helped me last minute. I'm sure they could have charged me more to fix another garages mistake but they didn't. I'm beyond grateful!!! Thank you so much OK tire for you incredible service and kindness!!!!
