Engine light came on, got us in as soon as possible to check the reason. Determined the problem within a few minutes and fortunately it wasn't serious & fixed it right away. I love that he took the time to explain the issue without my having to ask. Drew it out for me in detail. Reasonable price too.
Stopped in just passing thru on a camping trip, having a hard time to find someone to tighten a belt - Mike's shop took us right in and tightened the belt in 5 minutes and we are back on the road again! Now that is service folks! A business I would highly recommend supporting :)
My first time deal with Mike was painless! There were multiple issues with our Explorer, including rear A/C. Mike gave me a quote and ordered the parts. He had the Explorer for a day and a half (half a day less then we thought). This was after I called him at the end of the first day adding an oil change and FluidFilm to the list. When picking up the Explorer today, not only was it cheaper then he quoted, it was cheaper with the included oil change and the FluidFilm! Mike you are amazing! Thank you so much!
