Stopped in just passing thru on a camping trip, having a hard time to find someone to tighten a belt - Mike's shop took us right in and tightened the belt in 5 minutes and we are back on the road again! Now that is service folks! A business I would highly recommend supporting :)
My first time deal with Mike was painless! There were multiple issues with our Explorer, including rear A/C. Mike gave me a quote and ordered the parts. He had the Explorer for a day and a half (half a day less then we thought). This was after I called him at the end of the first day adding an oil change and FluidFilm to the list. When picking up the Explorer today, not only was it cheaper then he quoted, it was cheaper with the included oil change and the FluidFilm! Mike you are amazing! Thank you so much!
We will be back! Mike diagnosed my car today told me exactly what was wrong with it and I had never been there before and didn’t even charge me for checking. Referred me to a great shop for transmissions. Thank you for fitting me in!
