I’ve placed my taxes in March this year, and heard nothing until I prompted them in June. It’s July now, and no communication, no updates. I recommend you go to another location.

I put my taxes in two weeks ago they said they should be done checked with them today the lady couldn't telle when they would be done or if anyone was even working on the and they are really easy to do

Wow, what a terrible experience we had. Clearly I should have done my research and read all the bad reviews first.

Truthfully we did submit a couple days late, and know that sometimes it can cause a slight delay in returns. I have submitted late in the past, and still have had my taxes filed right away. Within the week.

We have waited more than 2 months and have only had 1 single email responded to with our questions.

After sending countless emails and calling the branch multiple times, never to get an answer; we decided to take our business elsewhere.

We went in today and our taxes still were not filed.
