After getting a flat on the highway this afternoon, Browns took me in to service my vehicle. Al is an amazing mechanic along with Twila, they were able to find an affordable replacement to my tire. I can’t thank you enough. Your team really helped me when I was in a bind.
I had heard of Brown's by word of mouth. I was in a total pinch where my car's brakes basically stopped working and it's our only car for my family living in a rural area. I initially took it to my 'regular' shop and they were completely booked until mid-October (a month away) so it was just sitting there for a few days while we were housebound. After some cabin fever, I called Brown's on the Monday morning and immediately she told me she wanted to help and to drop it off and they could get to it on Wednesday morning. This shop truly cares about their customers, hands down the most trust worthy, best bang for buck shop in the area. He has all of my business and will continue to have it. No regrets here!!
