I cannot thank the wonderful team at this clinic enough for the incredible care they provided to my cat yesterday July 27-26 She was very ill, and I was incredibly anxious, but from the moment we walked in, we felt completely supported.The customer service secretary Claire was absolutely wonderful. They were so helpful, kind, and welcoming during a stressful time, which made a massive difference.The vet Dr. Allison MacKay Lyons took exceptional care of our cat. We brought our new puppy for his first visit with us. The team was absolutely amazing with him. He wasn’t scared, no crying, just lots of love and snuggles. He got a set of vaccines, they went above and beyond he was given a lick mat to try some new treats and didn’t even know he got two needles! We will definitely be doing back, and we recommend the team at South Shore Veterinary for any of your fur babies.
I want to thank South Shore Animal Hospital for seeing my Havanese .. He suddenly developed symptoms of Lyme and Anaplasmosis on Saturday . Our primary vet was not open . When I spoke to the telemedicine triage they advised me to have him seen ASAP. This meant a drive to Halifax to the emergent care vet. SSAH was open and graciously accepted to see him. All the staff were so professional and kind. Thank you so much.
