Dr. MacLeod has been treating me with Prolotherapy, with very good results after six injections I have much better mobility. Dr. MacLeod is experienced, and knowledgeable which put me at ease and helped me decide to move forward with the treatment. Was off my feet for over a month last year with Osteoarthritis in one of my knees. No creams or medication helped with the pain. Ended up using a cane and a scooter to get around. Did some research on alternative treatments. Dr, Macleod's add popped up on Facebook one day and it sounded like what I was looking for. Booked for a consultation and had a treatment of prolotherapy the same day with six treatments in total. Have been going back for maintenance every four months. Have also been going for cold laser treatments monthly and using TENS on my knee daily. I have been visiting with Dr Mac Leod since the end of April. I have had one hip replacement and differing opinions do suggest that the other hip( left hip)is arthritic as well. Deciding that prolotherapy was an alternative approach to the hip pain ( 65% chance of being effective) I have been experiencing, was something that I am very glad that I tried. I am preparing for my 8th bi-weekly injection and then will have follow up appointments and maintenance every four months.
